Had a really nice stay in our huge room with great bed. The hotel has wonderful location right by Athens airport and Athens and great restaurants / bars. We had goodies and coffee at J Cocktail Bar Restaurant, it was located near the venue.

location just next door to the upmarket and trendy stores, and airport and main roads to the north. nearby escoba - great place to chill out. amazing and big room with a reasonably spacious bathroom. exceptionally comfortable bed, a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating.

Hotel was fairly clean, very helpful and accommodating staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated near major places of interest and within walking distance to everything I needed. The hotel itself was well maintained and the facilities were elegantly decorated. The breakfast provided was rich and fresh, offering a wide variety of options. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and eager to assist, making my stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. the shower head in my room was placed in the wrong part of the bathtub, making it difficult to use.

I had a fantastic stay at Theoxenia Residence! The value for money was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to both the airport and downtown. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel breakfast could use more variety.

I loved staying in this city's beautiful Kifisia neighborhood, surrounded by leafy trees that provided much-needed shade during the hottest days. The hotel facilities were impressive and neatly maintained, with easy access to transportation. The hotel staff was courteous, particularly the concierge, who was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the cleanliness standard of the hotel was exceptional.

One drawback was that the curtains in the room couldn't completely close to the wall, allowing in early morning daylight. Additionally, the TV set was a bit small for such a large room.

The sound insulation was poor with little to no noise reduction from the streets or hallway. Breakfast was underwhelming, lacking in variety and quality.

great stay! huge room, comfortable bed, excellent staff. Far from center and airport, but Kifisia is a fantastic neighborhood. Good breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel could use some updates, but the pool area is perfect for summer.
